Gilli Gilli Akhaaa - The third and last blast from the past related to the previous days post - this rocking song, of course, is what gave rise to the title of the Ranbir movie - Uncle Randhir chasing Jaya Aunty :O - Years later Puny B Abhishek would chase and date Karishma for a while and also star with Kareena in his debut movie :D


Not surprisingly - all three songs featured here has music by R. D. Burman - still unmatched :D

Four years later and they are still going strong - notice the presence of Raakesh Roshan in both the movies - he perfected the art of playing the sidekick until he decided to make movies himself and play the hero - of course one day he would make a movie for his kid Hrithik and the rest is history (I see Miss Wanderers ears perked up and her eyes got big and wide at the mention of that name :wink)

Dil and Sonu Nigam - a combination worth continuing so here we are - one of Sonu Nigam's earliest songs and a great example of what I do while driving - sing and shake my head to da beat - some interesting and some outdated (Stardust in Vegas doesnt exist anymore) views of the US - all in all a great driving song.

This song dedicated to all those who love Sonu Nigam.
